FZ40 (35) --11 type axial flow fan
This series of fans is based on the imitation of foreign products and has made some reasonable improvements according to the actual situation of China's textile industry. For example, it is made of fiberglass material, which has high strength, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, stable and reliable operation, stable performance curve, large flow regulation range, low noise, belongs to the middle and low frequency range, and has good anti-corrosion performance. It has expanded the scope of use for textile, printing and dyeing, electroplating, chemical and other ventilation and air exchange industries. Multiple speed motors are used for variable operating condition speed regulation. This series of fans has seven machine numbers: No. 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, and 16. There are three types of blade numbers for different machine numbers: 5, 8, and 10. The blades can be installed at five angles: 8 °, 11 °, 14 °, 17 °, and 20 °. According to the needs, when seasonal temperature changes occur, a multi speed motor can be used for regulation, and a static blade adjustable device can be used for day and night temperature changes. Changing the operating conditions is highly effective in saving electricity.
Structural characteristics
This series of fans can be installed separately or horizontally. Horizontal installation can be made into wall installation (without brackets) or floor installation (without air ducts) according to different user needs. The usage conditions of fans include press in and suction type, which must be specified when selecting and ordering for our factory's matching supply.

Installation and usage precautions
Before installing this series of fans, attention should be paid to checking whether the impeller and its connecting components are loose, whether the rotation direction of the impeller is consistent with the regulations, and whether the clearance between the blades and the air duct is uniform and should not collide. After installation, a trial run should be carried out to see if it runs flexibly and if there are any collision phenomena. Before starting up, the regulating door should be opened first to ensure flexible start-up and reduce power load. Only after the trial run shows no abnormal phenomena can it be officially started. If it is necessary to disassemble and adjust the impeller, it should be seated correctly and not installed arbitrarily to prevent disrupting the balance.
